• Payment processors — GCash, PayMaya, BPI, BDO, Metrobank, and related financial service providers, to the extent required to process your transactions.
• Identity verification providers — third-party KYC and AML screening services engaged to verify member identities and comply with anti-money laundering obligations.
• Game providers — third-party game studios and live casino operators whose games are available on 13jl may receive technical session data required to run their games.

12. Cross-Border Data Transfers

13jl primarily stores and processes personal data within the Philippines. In limited circumstances — for example, where 13jl uses cloud infrastructure or third-party service providers with operations outside the Philippines — your personal data may be transferred to and processed in other countries.
