In these Terms & Conditions, the following definitions apply unless the context requires otherwise:
Access to and use of the 13jl Platform for real-money gaming is strictly limited to individuals who are 21 years of age or older, consistent with applicable Philippine law and regulations governing online gambling. By registering an account, you represent and warrant that you meet this minimum age requirement. 13jl reserves the right to request age verification documentation at any time and to suspend or close any account where the Member cannot satisfactorily confirm their age.
13jl is operated for and directed toward players located in the Philippines. Members are responsible for ensuring that accessing and using the 13jl Platform is lawful in the jurisdiction in which they are located. 13jl makes no representation that the Platform is lawful or available for use in jurisdictions outside the Philippines.
Each individual may hold only one registered 13jl account. Creating multiple accounts — whether under the same identity or different identities — is a material breach of these Terms and may result in immediate account suspension, forfeiture of any balances, and reporting to relevant authorities.
You must provide accurate, complete, and current information during the registration process. This includes your full legal name, date of birth, mobile number, and any other information 13jl may require. You are obligated to promptly update your account information if any details change. 13jl is not liable for losses arising from inaccurate registration information provided by the Member.
You are solely responsible for maintaining the confidentiality of your 13jl login credentials, including your username and password. You must not share your account credentials with any other person. 13jl will never ask for your password via email, chat, or any other communication channel. Any activity conducted through your account — whether authorised by you or not — is your responsibility unless you have notified 13jl of a security breach without undue delay.
Your 13jl account is for your personal, non-commercial use only. You may not use your account to wager on behalf of another person, operate a syndicate, or act as an agent for a third party in any betting or gaming activity on the 13jl Platform.
13jl may at any time require you to complete identity verification (Know Your Customer — KYC) procedures. This may include submitting a government-issued photo ID, proof of address, or proof of payment method ownership. Failure to complete verification within a reasonable time may result in withdrawal restrictions or account suspension.
13jl accepts deposits and processes withdrawals via the following Philippine payment channels: GCash, PayMaya, BPI, BDO, and Metrobank. All transactions are denominated in Philippine Peso (PHP). 13jl does not currently accept transactions in foreign currencies and is not responsible for any conversion fees applied by a Member's bank or payment provider.
The minimum deposit amount is ₱200. Minimum withdrawal amounts are specified on the withdrawal page and may vary by payment method. 13jl reserves the right to adjust minimum transaction amounts with notice on the Platform.
13jl aims to process approved withdrawal requests on the same business day. Actual receipt of funds depends on the Member's chosen payment method and their financial institution's processing times. 13jl is not liable for delays attributable to payment processors, banks, or third-party service providers. Withdrawals may be withheld pending completion of KYC verification.
Deposits may only be made from payment accounts registered in your own name. You must not deposit funds obtained through illegal means. 13jl complies with applicable anti-money laundering (AML) regulations and may report suspicious transaction activity to the appropriate Philippine authorities. You must not use the 13jl Platform to launder funds or for any other illegal financial purpose.
All bonuses, free bets, cashback offers, and promotional credits issued by 13jl are subject to specific terms and conditions that are published alongside each promotion. These bonus-specific terms form part of these Terms & Conditions and, in the event of any conflict between a promotion's specific terms and these general Terms, the specific terms shall prevail for that promotion.
Unless stated otherwise, bonus funds are subject to a wagering requirement before they may be withdrawn as cash. Wagering requirements, eligible games, and contribution rates are specified in each promotion's terms. Real Money Balances are generally wagered before Bonus Balances. 13jl reserves the right to cancel any bonus if it determines, at its reasonable discretion, that a Member has attempted to abuse or manipulate bonus conditions.
Where a promotion specifies "one per player," this restriction applies per individual, household, IP address, device, or payment method. 13jl may refuse or revoke a bonus where it determines that a Member is attempting to claim multiple bonuses in breach of this restriction.
Each game type on the 13jl Platform — including live casino, online slots, bingo, and sports betting — is governed by its own rules displayed within that game or section. By participating in any gaming activity on 13jl, you accept the applicable game rules. In the event of any technical malfunction that affects the normal conduct of a game, 13jl reserves the right to void bets placed during the affected period and refund stakes. Game outcomes determined by certified random number generators or live dealer action are final. 13jl does not alter outcomes after the fact.
For sports betting and live sports events, settled bets are final once confirmed by 13jl's trading team. Subsequent changes to official results — for example, result reversals by a sports governing body — will be handled in accordance with 13jl's sports betting rules published on the Platform.
The following conduct is strictly prohibited on the 13jl Platform. Breach of any item may result in immediate account suspension, forfeiture of balances, and legal action where warranted:
All content on the 13jl Platform — including but not limited to text, graphics, logos, game interfaces, software, trademarks, and design elements — is the property of 13jl or its licensors and is protected by applicable intellectual property laws. You are granted a limited, non-exclusive, non-transferable licence to access and use the Platform solely for personal gaming purposes in accordance with these Terms. You may not copy, reproduce, distribute, modify, create derivative works from, or commercially exploit any content on the 13jl Platform without prior written consent from 13jl.
To the maximum extent permitted by applicable Philippine law, 13jl shall not be liable to you for any indirect, incidental, special, consequential, or punitive damages arising out of or in connection with your use of the Platform, including but not limited to loss of profits, loss of data, or business interruption.
13jl does not warrant that the Platform will be continuously available, error-free, or free from viruses or other harmful components. While we take all reasonable steps to ensure service stability, unplanned outages, maintenance windows, and third-party service interruptions may occur. We are not liable for losses arising from such interruptions where they are beyond our reasonable control.
Nothing in these Terms excludes or limits 13jl's liability for fraud, gross negligence, or any other liability that cannot be excluded under Philippine law.
13jl is committed to promoting responsible gambling among its members. Gambling is intended to be an enjoyable form of entertainment — it is not a method to generate income or resolve financial difficulties. Members are encouraged to set and maintain personal limits on their gaming activity.

13jl reserves the right to suspend, restrict, or permanently close any Member account at any time if we reasonably believe that the Member has breached these Terms & Conditions, engaged in fraudulent or unlawful activity, or if required to do so by applicable law or a regulatory authority. In cases of confirmed fraud or prohibited conduct, 13jl may withhold or forfeit any balance held in the affected account.
You may close your 13jl account at any time by contacting our customer support team. Upon account closure, any remaining Real Money Balance (subject to satisfaction of all applicable wagering requirements) will be processed for withdrawal to your registered payment method. Bonus Balances are forfeited upon account closure unless otherwise specified.
These Terms & Conditions are governed by and construed in accordance with the laws of the Republic of the Philippines. Any dispute arising out of or in connection with these Terms, including any question regarding their existence, validity, or termination, shall first be subject to good-faith negotiation between the parties. If a dispute cannot be resolved amicably within thirty (30) days of written notice, it shall be subject to the exclusive jurisdiction of the appropriate courts of the Philippines.
13jl reserves the right to amend, update, or replace these Terms & Conditions at any time. Substantive changes will be notified to Members via email or a prominent notice on the Platform at least seven (7) days prior to taking effect. Your continued use of the 13jl Platform after the effective date of any amended Terms constitutes your acceptance of the revised Terms. It is your responsibility to review these Terms periodically. The current version will always be accessible at 13jl.app/terms-conditions.
